Shipping

All original works of art are shipped to you directly from the artist's studio. Unless indicated to the contrary, worldwide delivery is possible and already included in the purchase price. Delivery is carried out to the address indicated by you on the order. Depending on origin and destination of the work of art as well as the time it takes to clear customs if the order is shipped internationally, your order will be delivered within 10-15 working days after purchase.

Customs

It's important to note that if shipping internationally, custom taxes and duties may possibly arise. You are responsible for any customs taxes and duties charged by your destination country. For more information on possible customs taxes and duties when importing contemporary original works of art or limited editions, please contact the customs office in your country and provide all necessary import licenses, if required before shipping the work of art.

Returns

Don’t return freestyle! Please inform us about your intention and the reason for the return at the email address customercare@nowornever.gallery. If you are returning an work of art, please try repackaging using the original packaging materials. If you’ve already disposed of the original packaging, you’ll be responsible for purchasing packaging materials to send the work of art back safely to the artist.

Returns due to cancellation/ withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from a purchase agreement on our platform within 14 days, without giving reasons. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal please observe the cancellation/withdrawal instruction provided to you as part of the order and sent with the confirmation email. You can send us the notice of cancellation at the email address customercare@nowornever.gallery. For every return (excluding damaged deliveries) you have to pay the shipping costs and any customs fees that may be incurred.

Returns due to damages

Please check the work of art for damages immediately after receipt and, in the event of a complaint, contact us within 48 hours at the email address customercare@nowornever.gallery and document the complaint with a precise description and photos of the damage. We will then arrange the collection for the return.

Refunds

As soon as the work of art has been delivered to the artist's studio, we will arrange for your payment to be transferred back to you. The purchase price will be refunded to your original source of payment within 10 working days in the same currency and using the same exchange rate as your original order.
